Rolling Wonder

Winds

Dewdrops bouncing

Leaves rustling

And the rolling thunder

Below my feet

Electrifies the thin hairs on my skin

Fear

Wonder

Anticipation

Shades of gray have banished blues

Piercing flashes light my space

seconds before the crash

Closer and closer

These rolling sensories

Do they bring you wonder

Do they bring you fear

The power to heal

The power to destroy

Nature and humans

Fear and wonder

We’re all shades of gray

We’re all capable of blues

Truly, we spilled forth from the Earth

As one, we emulate

The Rolling wonders

Fearsome

Strong

Refreshing

Like a song of wind and rain
